Return Policy


Embroidered, screen-printed, and/or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect items.
All return requests must be received within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date.

A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please email cs@RitzSafety.com or contact customer service at 866-783-7977 ext.1

All returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of issuance of the return authorization number. After this time period, return authorizations are canceled and cannot be received.

Non-defective items must be returned in new condition, not worn or laundered, and all tags must still be attached.

The return authorization number document or return authorization number must be included with the return shipment.

Return shipping costs for new items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are our responsibility. We will provide our UPS number with the return authorization.

Returns that meet the return requirements will be processed for a refund issued to the original method of payment. Any return that does not meet the return requirements will be in jeopardy of forfeiting any refund.

All refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the date of receipt at our warehouse.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to get an item in another style, size, color, etc., please place a new order so that we can ship the order rather than holding it up pending any return. This is the fastest and most efficient way for you to receive your replacement item. We will gladly issue credit on your return when we receive it. Please follow our return policy.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact a helpful Customer Service Rep at 866-783-7977 x1 for a return authorization number and the return address; have your original order number and the product number ready. Customer Service will advise you of any restocking fees at this time.

Ship your package back to us with the return number clearly written on the box.
Once the return is received, we'll credit your credit card account with fewer shipping charges and any applicable re-stock fees (see below for more information). Once a credit is issued to your card, it should appear on your statement within 72 hours.
