Better than most, still pretty hot.

I wondered how the vents would work, and they kind of don't, but it really is slightly cooler than the regular FR shirts. This grey shirt is noticeably cooler than the navy one of the same style. The stretchy fabric in the back, sides, and pit areas make this shirt very comfortable. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite work shirts.

I'm a big man with long arms and I ordered this shirt in 3xkt and it fit perfectly, the quality of the shirt is also perfect.. home run all the way around.
